Transfer
Your data may be transferred, only to the extent required by the service, to shipping and logistics companies, to the accounting and IT suppliers we work with, and to legally authorised public institutions. For export shipments, the information required for customs and transport procedures is shared with the relevant authorities.
Retention Period
Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the end of the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once the period expires it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, to object to the results of processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
